Because digital books can be delivered immediately, completed downloads and successfully opened books are generally not refundable for a change of mind.
Problems we will review
Contact us if you were charged twice, received the wrong title, cannot access the purchased file, or the file is materially defective.
Request timing
Submit a request promptly with the order email and a description of the problem. BrownGlobal Holdings LLC may first attempt to restore access or provide a corrected file.
Required rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived in the buyer's location.
